Three priorities now: clean up post-rollout friction, scale data accuracy through profile merging, and scope a Discovery Dashboard that surfaces unsigned talent without adding A&R overhead.

These views include all catalog for active artists, which doesn't match the financial label definition that corporate uses to grade RCA. Continuing to surface them risks anchoring leadership to numbers that won't reconcile with how Peter and Fleck actually measure the label. Aligning to that definition first; revisit once the data layer matches.

Sequenced, not parallel. Cleanup ships in days. Data scaling unblocks accuracy at scale. Discovery Dashboard is a scoping milestone — no build until scope is locked.

Surfaced from A&R user feedback post-rollout. Most are quick fixes; sequencing handled at the build level.

  • "Add all" button — restore for markets and songs

  • "Albums Released" — remove (data unreliable, e.g. SZA shows 35)

  • Songs page legend — replace with per-line tooltip on graph
  • Weekly aggregation toggle — match the mobile version
  • % chg behavior — should release when scrolling line, not stay fixed

Accuracy work that unblocks broader rollout to leadership. Subsumes several items that were "in progress" in March.
